RS,
Last time I was in there was April this year, PA31, good strip, parking area limited. And yes, it was raining.
The strip has regular RFDS clinic flights, (weekly ?) so think about how you park with regards to other possible visitors.
Details:
Greenvale ALA (YGNV) S19.00.00 E145.01.00 Elevn 1686 Var = East 7.3 degrees,
Unlicenced, Prior permission required, All weather strip, gravel, Rwy 14 / 32, 1100 Mtrs x 90 Mtrs.
Flares avail, emergency only. Fuel, nil. Gate kept locked, contact operator.
Owner / Operator: Greenvale Service Station ph 07 4788 4253 or 4788 4143.
Hotel: ph 07 4788 4222
As the strip is ppr, phone the operator for permission (no problems) and ask for current info.
Mainframe.

It's far from rat ****, rat****.
Rat****,
I landed there about a month ago in a C310 and it was in good order, but clearly it would become rather hazardous rather quickly once the rain sets in, as you may know.

When will the dickheads that mandated the terrorist-proof fences require them around every shop that sells wire cutters? And an ASIC if you wish to enter the shop to buy some hardware for your home renovations?
