Nathan Higgins on the east coast runs Advanced Flight Theory. I had recomendations about his course for years prior to doing it and when I did it I must say it was excellent. Very Professional, well run and lots of help available. Cost a couple of grand back then however that was a few years ago. It may not be the cheapest but well worth it!! Check the web site out at here There are others around that a no doubt good too!!

G'day mok,
In Australia we don't use the term "frozen" ATPL as it has no validity. What you mean is a CPL with CIR (command instrument rating) and all the ATPL subjects completed.
If your view is to get the licence here and then head back to the UK to fly then I would rethink that option. It is horrendously expensive to convert if you have no turbine or multi crew time.
The flying training is as good as you'll get any where and it won't send you broke. I'm not 100% offay with the Australian system and costs at the moment, I'll let someone else answer that one.
