Best Practice Skills

Would you work for a contracting Company?

Would you apply for a job with a Company that is trying to Squeeze out it's employees because the employees dont want to be contractors and dont want to give up thier rights to recieve the Award??

Would you support the Pilots that slowly get shafted when Contractors take their work?

NAC pilots are under enormous pressure to sign up as contractors. The Add in last Sat paper proves that. For anyone wishing to appy for a Job with Best practice skills please take the time to talk to the Pilots already employed with NAC before making a decisioin that will undermine their stand at this time.

Not only will you be undermining the NAC pilots you will be undermining every other pilot that his or hers company followers suit.

The Award is there to set a Minimum standard for pilots in Australia. It by no means meets a pilots worth. But it ours DONT let It GO.

Hmmm this story is starting to sound like a picket line without the strike. In a perfect world these pilots deserve some support to try and improve their lot. Regretfully the world is full of reality.
