Have to agree with all the above. The concensus is that this bloke pulls a good con.
If you are serious about learning the ins and outs of a behavioural type interview, which is what you will do at Qantas and the likes, go and see any one of the large professional recruiting agencies in your city. Over a period of a few days spread over 3 or 4 weeks, they will asign one of their HR consultants to get you more than prepared and probably help land you the job.
This cost a mate of mine around $A750 and helped get him into Cathay. Not a bad investment.
Don't give the interviewers the "F*****ss" rote answers. They've heard them all before and it is quite simply, insulting to them.

All my dealings with him have been spot on, as detailed previously, I found the advice invaluable and I passed.

The NZ interview coaching guy, is definitely up and running. I spoke to him the other day and he's having problems handling the amount of interest. He's been busy coaching pilots for Air Nelson, Eagle and Air NZ/Freedom interviews.
