ILS call outs ?

Had an interesting discussion with some mates over ILS call outs at different carriers.

What do you use / have seen ?

I'm use to

1000 / 1000 head down
500
100 above
Minima -> landing

Any others ?

I'm told BA says 50 above - decide

how about: 100 above/checked ----- decide/no contact or visual.
