Ag Flying in Oz
Hi, I feel like a change. Does anyone know how you get into Ag Flying in Oz? I sent an email to a firm a couple of weeks ago but as yet have not had a reply.

Check out page 3 of this forum. There is a thread there along these lines.
Better be quick though! WA is finishing, rice already started, cotton folks already recruiting.
Good luck.

A little closer to home
North-west Victoria & northern NSW may also be worth a look, if your interested in some low-level ops - i.e cropdusting. Most of the crops up here have had too much rain (how ironic, last year was a drought!
), so they are sending up the cropdusters by the dozen. Have a mate who owns an agricultural consultancy business and he said that 8 planes went up today in our area, just to spray the 'rust' that is infecting our crops.
May not be exactly what you are looking for, but might be worth a glance.
Cheers,
Soulman.
P.S > PM me if you want some more details.
