MPL license Conversion

Hello everyone,
Any school that can convert MPL license with more than 2000hrs on jet engine to CPL or ATPL ?
how about airlines that hire experienced MPL pilots ?
really appreciate for the constructive replies.

Yes. ANY flight school can do that for you. But it won't be a conversion - you'll be crediting your flight hours towards the certificate. Check part 61 for the requirements, anything missing like PIC hours you'll need to fly. As you (generally) don't hold a PPL, you'll need to do that first, then IR and CPL.
