No accident/incident report from FAA

Hi all,

A prospect in the ME has asked me to provide a statement from the FAA confirming that I have no accidents/incidents or violations on my certificate. Being the maze that the FAA's website is, would somebody be able to point me in the right direction.

regards

mps
