Confusing FAA Media Release

According to the FAA, they are proposing a $380,000 fine against Frontier because they

reconfigured the passenger cabins on some of its Airbus A-318s and -319s, to permit dual-aisle access to the overwing emergency exits.
and failed to replace the existing placards with placards showing the new configuration, as required.

Here's the full media release: Western-Pacific Region Press Release

My confusion? A318s and A319s are single-aisle aircraft, so how can they be reconfigured to allow dual aisle access to the emergency exits.

The dual-aisle Airbuses start at the A330 and, as far as I know, Frontier doesn't have anything that big.

Does this make sense to anyone?

Maybe they meant dual row access?

I wondered that.

But the FAA wouldn't be so inaccurate?

Tsk, what am I saying.
