Canadian Cormorant hoist conditions limited

According to the Canadian papers, due to injuries sustained by personnel training on Cormorant (Canadian EH101 derivative) the ambient conditions under which its hoist can be used have been limited to warm sunny days with a gentle waft [ok not really but...]

Do European EH101s use the same hoist?

The Canadian winch installation is a dual winch in one housing. The 'European' 101 has a single winch, by the same manufacturer, in the same airframe position.

There have been no reported incidents of snags with the winch performance on European 101's.
