Question Technology,C130-J joke or poodles noodles

To all in both worlds(Mil and Civvy), is the C130-J a joke or a serious peice of hardware that given the right constraints could be useful?

Do we really need to do this again!

If you want the views of people on both sides of the divide then do a search - there are several threads.

Cool

Apart from checking previous threads, why don't you look at how busy transport aircraft of all types are at the moment-the J is pulling it's weight. Let's not get into yet another "My planes better than yours" discussion, it's getting boring, let's get on with our work and support each other
