According to a U.S. Defense official, elements of Carrier Strike Group 2 (CSG-2) including the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) currently conducting operations against the Houthi in the southern Red Sea, will soon be redeployed into the eastern Mediterranean to assist Israel with the defense of its northern airspace from large-scale attacks from long range missiles, rockets, and drones expected to be launched by Hezbollah at the beginning of an Israeli ground and air offensive into southern Lebanon….

Talks over the last 24-48 Hours between senior Israeli and U.S. Officials, has reportedly caused “extreme concern” among several members of the Biden administration, who believed that an Israeli campaign against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, likely opening with by a large-scale air campaign over Lebanon and south-western Syria, is now imminent and could begin at any point over the next three weeks.
The Kuwait Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called on its Citizens to Avoid any and all Travel to Lebanon, and for all Kuwaiti Citizens currently in Lebanon to Depart as soon as possible, those Unable to Depart are expected to Contact the Kuwaiti Embassy in Beirut.

Canada preparing to evacuate 45,000 citizens from Lebanon as war fears grow
Canada is preparing to evacuate 45,000 of its citizens from Lebanon should a full-scale war break out between Israel and Hezbollah, Hebrew media reported on Friday.The Channel 12 report quoted what it said was a tense conversation held earlier in the day between Foreign Minister Israel Katz and his Canadian counterpart Mélanie Joly. The latter was said to have told Katz that Ottawa had already sent military forces to the region in preparation for “the largest evacuation we have ever undertaken,” amid fears of an escalation in violence between Israel and Hezbollah along the border with Lebanon.
It was unclear if similar plans were being made for the roughly 35,000 Canadian citizens living in Israel....

According to US defense officials, the USS Wasp (LHD-1) as well as the other ships in its Amphibious Ready Group….. have been ordered into the eastern Mediterranean, to prepare for the possible evacuation of Americans from the region if, or when, a full-scale war occurs between Israel and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.

Dwight D. Eisenhower (Ike) Carrier Strike Group + Wasp Amphibious Ready Group conducted joint operations in the eastern Mediterranean Sea yesterday.
Looks like a game of 'follow the leader' also known as "DIV TACS" among our fish heads.
