Odds of an aircraft carrier variant of this being produced: slim to none.

,,. and there is absolutely no chance of system failure or anything hitting and obscuring the camera. (You may call me an Eyeball Mk1 devoted cynic.)

I do wish the project well though.

Awesome stuff but just wondering how effective the camera is after a severe bird strike or does it come with wipers...

..possibly, but if not, it does come with a very nice ejection seat. 👍

SB. looking at the seat in the prototype, the headbox looks a bit short on substance and technology. Could it be a “BF Badrich” seat variant then?

just sayin….

I suspect the remote camera would deal with a severe bird strike at least as well as a Mk. 1 eyeball...

Captain Scarlett's ride, what happens if Ed Heinemann was born Swedish and worked for SAAB.

On using a camera to replicate the blind spots, theat would be the same as a blank piece of black painted aluminium panel, a blind spot by any other name, cheaper to fabricate, low current draw, easy to add to the ELA, no load shedding, good place to add no smokin', no shooting' no cussin' decal..

Lol, it does look a little light on the parachute side. Possibly a ‘placeholder’ at the moment, the real seat will be a MB variant.

Apart from the Captain Scarlett & Joe 90 comparisons, there is some slight similarity to the Douglas (?) X-5 Stiletto in that beast !
