Hydromet's "Speak softly and carry a big stick." is cleverly understated.
Ascend Charlie's "The Warden at the New York Jail prepares for the arrival of Trump." updates the original event by about 110 years, and the reminiscence over it by about 65 years.
I am finding it dang hard to choose an overall winner, though.
Yes, I know it's wickedly partisan and political, but Charlie tickled my funny bone (apologies to my MAGA friends here) so he rises to the stars once more.
