Nice to see someone has added a cooling window to Crimea’s radar dome in this hot weather.
The AN-124 seized by canada that was parked at Pearson Field, has recently been transferred to ukraine and allegedly has been spotted at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boeing_Field last week
Assuming its getting all the maintainence it missed out done

Now the lake has drained down several skeletal remains have been found, one being a German soldier still wearing his tin hat, I hope they can finally identify them and return them to their families. Being buried in mud might have preserved dog tags etc.
Warning skeletal remains so one post only in quotes.

Ecce Homo! Loquitur...
General Ben Hodges (former commanding general U.S. Army Europe) thinks all we have seen so far is still the shaping operations and probes.
Think Ukraine’s Offensive Has Started? Wait for the Heavy Brigades….

Can I bring a word of caution?
I, as many here have watched this excellent forum with Mr Nutloose and others, all for a UKR victory as myself, should just maybe take a step back in some cases.
Russia should not be underestimated.
I have (as I'm sure you all have), seen and heard from (at the end of the day), our 'Westernized' news feeds etc, showing the incompetencies, old technology and with bad leadership, brought to our eyes.
Doesn't Russia have its own Glonass GPS system? So able to do its own missile targeting?
Doesn't it have its own Satellite imaging info?
Doesn't it have its own Drone (DJI), supplies, bought from any supermarket supplies (Its own big drones and Iran's)?
The recently taken back Blahodatne village, is all over the news world feeds has/had a population of 150 people!
I accept the 'morale/symbolic' version of this. but seriously, a world news feed on a village of a 150?
Even Denys (YT), mentioned in the recent Lep2 and other Bradley stuff being taken out - made a comment - that the UKR may still have Russian thought generals/commanders using old style tactics.
From what I have read, the Russians laid out a well-planned 'minefield' path for the UKR, forcing them to follow and blew them up accordingly!
Rommel was an excellent 'static' planning general.
The blowing up of the dam(s) - whilst terrible (Dam Busters - no villages/crops suffered?), may have indeed affected the Offensive.
I guess, in my watching's of Stormin Norman in Desert Strom, The UKR would/should have just plowed through with the heavy Armour deep, and the following light armour and personnel later to hold and secure the back fill.
I'm hopeful and yet concerned, that the UKR should/might have the latest best tech from Five Eyes. But is it being advised from the best of the Western Warfare Generals advice on this new offensive - where to go, road to go down, where the enemy is, send these forces to X Y Z...?
Surely, the West is putting its best in to make Russia - make it weaker - back out and it is putting what it can to achieve this?
There's now seriously a LOT of $ and Ł being pumped into this...
How can 'we' lose...?
I hope the UKR gets back Donetsk and Luhansk (Donbas), and if possible - the ultimate downfall of Putin - Crimea.
My thoughts.

Ukrainian armed forces are not quite as Westernized as they should. Besides, RU is learning and improving too.

Details of "aircraft coalition" and opening of hubs for aircraft repair to be discussed at Ramstein
Members of the Contact Group on Defence of Ukraine will discuss the training of Ukrainian pilots and the opening of hubs for the repair and fitting out of equipment at the next meeting in the Ramstein format to be held on 15 June in Brussels.
Source: Oleksii Reznikov, Minister of Defence of Ukraine, as quoted by the Ministry of Defence’s press service on Telegram
Quote: "During the meeting, we will discuss the details of the 'aircraft coalition'. In this case, we are still talking about training pilots, and not only pilots, but also our technicians and engineers who will be involved in aircraft maintenance.
This is a very complex system. We will be discussing the issues in detail with the teams from the defence ministries of the Netherlands, Denmark, the US and other countries that have joined this coalition."
I have included representatives of our Air Force in the Ukrainian delegation. The commander of the Air Force, Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk, has allocated his officers who are responsible to oversee pilot training and logistics issues."
Details: Reznikov said that the 13th Ramstein meeting will also discuss "everything related to air defence, shells, ammunition, artillery".
In addition, the issue of opening hubs for equipment repair is important for Ukraine."Our priorities have not changed. This war is a war of resources. Resources mean not only weapons, but also the ability to repair, maintain and everything related to them.
That is why it is important for us to open various types of hubs for repairing and equipping equipment. Both on the territory of Ukraine, together with partners, and in friendly border countries," the Minister added.

To Obba and Wondering,
Too many people overestimated Russia and some continue to do so! In contrast the Ukrainians should not be underestimated! Sure, they will make mistakes, as all armies do, and there will be the odd set back here and there. That's war. For me, one of the key elements which remains is that the Russian forces don't really know what they are fighting for. The Ukrainians do! Slava Ukraini!

It's rather like when God made everything. Did he/she/they/it know all the results in advance? (Pre-destination). I reckon not. It would surely be mind-numbingly boring.

Imo China is the big unknown. How much support will it give RU? We already see Chinese military gear in RU. Not large quantities and so far no heavy equipment. But that could change. China is testing the Wests red lines of what and how much it can supply without consequences. I reckon, it is in Chinas interest for Putin to stay in power. What are the odds in case RU gets defeated? Close to zero?

"The Russian Federation is preparing a man-made catastrophe in the occupied Crimea" — GUR
The terrorist attack is planned at the "Crimean Titan" enterprise, where about 200 tons of industrial ammonia are used.
In the event of an explosion, the occupied Armyansk, where the Russians are preparing for the evacuation of representatives of the occupation administration and the local population, as well as the Krasnoperekop and Kherson region, will be under the threat of an ammonia cloud.
Retired Ukrainian colonel Roman Svitan stated that, should Russia blow up the Crimean Titan factory, a hypothetical Ukrainian attack into Russian-controlled Crimea would be temporarily hindered, unless Ukrainian troops were equipped with chemical protection suits.…

Following on from the earlier discussion on the ambush with damage to Leos and Bradleys, this blogger has published a short commentary. He retired after 20 years in the US Army as a sergeant or master-sergeant having commanded anti-armour squads/platoons, so should know his subject. It's 7 minutes long, commentary starts 2:35
