Russia arrested some of those responsible for the setting alight railway cabinets, one was not charged as his father is an FSB officer, the other families are demanding he is charged or none of them are.

From Helmets too....

Germany has increased the military aid for Ukraine.
The following items have been added: -
10x Leopard 1 A5 -
14x tracked all-terrain vehicles Bandvagn 206 (BV206) -
5x All Terrain Tracked Carrier Warthog Ambulances -
4x truck tractor trains 8x8 HX81 and 4x semi-trailers -
16x "Zetros" trucks -
13x trucks MAN TGS -
1x mine clearing tanks WISENT 1 -
10x reconnaissance drones VECTOR -
12x ground surveillance radars GO12 -
3x border protection vehicles (type not mentioned) -
1.4 million rounds of ammunition for fire arms -
1,020x 155mm ammunition -
10,000x safety glasses
Germany is gradually becoming what I want her to be, exceeding the nominal amount of help compared to all other nations (except the USA). This is promising but we are still see just glimpses of what the "German machine" is capable of.

More classic Russian F*ck ups, actually it is probably the troops fault, as they never dispersed away from the vehicle far enough to allow it to maneuver.

Glad to see the increase in support. Well done, Germany.
Took them long enough.

Out of interest, is the UK keeping up supplies in any quantity, or have we run out of government surplus now?

By the way, about 60% of Russia's offshore oil exports are transported through the Baltic Sea - and they cross Danish straits on their way to international markets.

Can't see how that could be done legally. The Danish straits are international waters by various treaties: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copenh...ention_of_1857.

Also, the eastern half of Øresund / Öresund is Swedish, so this wouldn't only be a Danish matter.

It's time to reassess Ukraine's consumption of Storm Shadow/Scalp-EG missiles and the sustainability of its remaining land-attack cruise missile arsenal. The analysis shows that in order to ensure a robust long-range strike capability, 🇺🇦 requires Taurus cruise missiles.…

Russian reinforcements arrive to the left bank and are temporarily housed in 2 buildings prior to being deployed, then depart the world…
They never even made it to the front.

A Russian blogger was so keen to get the story out about a 15 year old Ukrainian student who was arrested for sending details of Russian air defence sites, that he posted the locations in his own blog….. muppet

The positional war in #Ukraine is not a stable stalemate, writes @criticalthreats’ Fred Kagan in a new essay for @TheStudyofWar. The current balance is in fact highly unstable and could readily be tipped in either direction by decisions made in the West: https://isw.pub/Ukraine111523

👀👀👀 Videos…

Not just mosques but now even Muslim weddings are a target from which Russian military recruiters are assured a steady supply of impoverished cannon fodder.

A Muslim wedding is raided, 50 men are dragged off to die in Ukraine.

Wow. It sure seems like this sort of stuff is finally going to get a reaction from Russians, at least Muslims. So are the Russkies actually going in to a wedding(s) and carting men away then and there?

Come on! Look at those videos! Eveyone's having fun, there's no aggro or trouble going on, people including the soldiers are laughing and enjoying themselves with totally relaxed body language. No sign of tension at all.
I don't believe a word of it.

What, soldiers in full battle dress and you don't believe they're just joining the festivities and having a good time with the wedding? Obviously they were invited! Don't we all invite armed soldiers to the wedding? I always did.
