Kazakhstan is a member of the Collective Security Treaty Organization - Russia's supposed answer to NATO - and it has just announced it will follow the West's sanctions regime against Russia.

Estonia proposes the EU introduce a full trade embargo against Russia
Estonian Foreign Minister Tsahkna noted that, in a situation where Russia continues its illegal aggressive war against Ukraine and the entire world order based on international law, it is necessary to continue strengthening sanctions against the Kremlin, making their implementation more effective.
Therefore, the government of Estonia has approved proposals regarding the 12th package of sanctions against the Russian Federation. Among them are proposals to introduce a full trade embargo.

Slightly bemused - Russia obviously expect to lose Tokmak and its key rail and road intersections - and are therefore planning to build a new 4 lane highwa6 and a new railway to the south to bypass it.
But it would seem to avoid the obvious fact that, if Ukraine takes Tokmak, they’ll be in artillery range of both new links…..
Planned new 4 lane highway….
Planned new railway…

...Oh Vlad; you are not the brightest puppy in the litter; never mind boy, everyone else will clean up your mess... The stink though is going to linger!

Two of the Royal Navy minesweepers mentioned in the now closed thread have been sold to Romania for use in the Black Sea.

UAC reports that it handed over a batch of new-build Su-35S multirole fighters to the Russian MoD. This is the third batch of Su-35Ss delivered in 2023. The number of aircraft is not specified; however, the photos & video released by UAC appear to show just two.
Delivery of the first & second batches of Su-35Ss in 2023 took place in June & July, repsectively. They, too, appear to have comprised just 2 aircraft each. Thus, a total of 6 Su-35Ss have seemingly been handed over to the Russian MoD this year so far.
Note the somewhat different external appearance of the starboard wingtip ECM pod compared to that of its predecessor (including the addition of formation lights).

Hopefully Vlad has decided to make the new rail compatible with euro rolling stock, after all that is the future of the region involved. They already drive on the same side, so the new 4 lane highway will be gratefully received as a gift from Russia towards reparation for Vlad's crimes.
Would seem to be more beneficial to Russians however to vacate the premises and spend the money on some infrastructure that would b revolutionary to the quality of life of Russians:

"We exist as long as we oppress others" - a Russian person explains how Russia works.
According to him, Russia's entire history consists of three recurring phases - preparation for war, war and reconstruction after the war.
The empire cannot allow anyone to live better, so every country with a higher standard of living is an enemy.

Yeah - right….
Obviously for home consumption in order to not alarm mothers and families. But I suspect the trucks will be parked around the back of the reception halls…..
In Russia, Tass reports that an official of the armed forces has said that those conscripted during the autumn campaign will not be sent to fight in Ukriaine.
Citing Vladimir Tsimlyansky, deputy chief of the main organisational and mobilisation directorate of the general staff of the Russian Federation armed forces, it reported that traditionally, the autumn conscription begins on 1 October, but quoted him saying:
“Servicemen undergoing conscription military service will not be sent to the points of deployment of units of the armed forces of the Russian Federation in new regions of the Russian Federation: Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, or to participate there in carrying out the tasks of a special military operation.”

Geraschenko (in ORAC's video) is clearly next on the list for polonium 210 tea - you can't go telling the truth like that or people will start to notice.

These are well hidden on the left, on the top right though the straight edges of the camo netting gives them away.
