More explosions Sevastopol region.

It is reported that a military command post and a radio-/EW center of the Russian Black Sea Fleet are located at the location where the Ukrainian cruise missile arrived.

Looks like one of the storm shadow family

Oil depot in Sochi fell victim to the smokers against Russia... getting close to Putin's house

Early this morning, an explosion occurred at the airport in Sochi, Russia. A fuel tank caught fire after. Very likely the work of Ukrainian drones.

Sounds like North Korean ammo is making it to the front.

Among other complaints, Russians near Bakhmut say not only are almost all their infantry dead, but their ammo no longer works. "Ammo doesn't fly and if it DOES fly, it doesn't explode."

They say they weren't trained for this and guys are committing suicide.

If an artillery round doesn't fire, how long would the SOP* require for a safe period before opening the breech ? Just thinking that bad ammo would significantly impact operations beyond the non-firing shell.

* just for an indication. Obviously realise that Russian procedures will not be the same.

If it doesn't fire the first time, you usually re-cock and try a second time. After the primer has been struck twice, you wait 10min in peace time in case of a slow burn and then replace the cartridge with a fresh one.
In war time, you try it twice and move straight to the reload if it hasn't fired.

Norway has closed the last window for Russians to enter Europe in their own cars

Norway will ban the entry of Russian-registered passenger cars, State Secretary Eivind Vad Petersson has said. Specific measures to implement this decision are currently being developed, Nrk reports.

Thus, Norway will become the last European country bordering Russia to apply such restrictions.

Oslo is not a member of the EU, but it is part of the European Economic Area and adheres to most sanctions against Russia.

Earlier, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland banned the entry of Russian cars.

Heavy explosions in Crimea, presumably somewhere near the Belbek military airport.

The Russian occupation claims that drones were intercepted and that only “grass” is burning but this looks not very likely.

The Kerch bridge has been closed and smoke screen has been deployed, as well.

Ukrainians trolling Belarus again…. Video included.

Today, on the border with #Belarus, servicemen of the Kastuś Kalinoŭski Regiment and Belarusian activists organized an action dedicated to the day of the white-red-white flag.

A huge flag on balloons flew directly to Belarus, where in 2020 it became a symbol of resistance against the self-proclaimed dictator Lukashenka.

At the moment, the symbol of freedom of the Belarusian people is recognized as banned by Lukashenka's regime, and its use is punishable by criminal liability. Given this, many Belarusians consider their state to be de facto occupied.

The lack of uniforms is striking.

Story by Daria Dmytriieva

Ukraine has refused a new tranche of Leopard 1 tanks from Germany © RBC-Ukraine
Ukraine has declined to accept a shipment of 10 German Leopard tanks due to their poor condition and the need for repairs, according to Spiegel. According to the information from the agency, Ukraine sent a group of experts to the Polish city of Zeszow a few days ago to inspect the German Leopard tanks intended for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
It was discovered on-site that the vehicles were heavily worn during training for Ukrainian soldiers in Germany and needed repairs. Moreover, as clarified by Spiegel, several of the ten Leopard 1A5 tanks that were already transferred to Ukraine in July experienced similar issues and became inoperable. Germany had promised to provide Ukraine with over a hundred Leopard 1A5 tanks. These tanks had been retired from the Bundeswehr's arsenal nearly ten years ago. However, as many of the models were still in storage, experts quickly restored them to working condition.
One wonders at how the parts support for those tanks, of an older model, will stand up to operations.

The FBI suspected Dmitry Petrovsky, an employee of the Moscow Patriarchate's Department of External Church Relations, of working for Russian intelligence and engaged in recruiting agents for Russian intelligence services among priests and parishioners of the Russian Orthodox Church and other Orthodox churches in the United States.

In May 2021, Petrovsky was searched upon entering the United States. Files related to Russian intelligence were found on his computer.

Among the documents found were dossiers on well-known Orthodox priests in the US with details of biographies of their family members. The FBI believed that such information was necessary for Petrovsky to blackmail these people during the recruitment process.

One of the files found was marked "confidential” and, according to the agency, this document contains a description of the areas of cooperation between the Russian Orthodox Church and the Russian special services - SVR, GRU and FSB.
