So, let me get my head around this, he's suggesting Russia invade Poland? The Suwalki gap was of concern to NATO when it was thought the Russians had like 10,000 tanks. One of the main reasons for tactical nuclear weapons was to prevent the Russians from bridging the gap, but now it seems there may not actually be all those tanks. A brilliant strategy based on some alternate reality, not to mention what would happen if they invaded Poland..... Maybe it's time the Russkies step back a bit and actually think about what's happened. The second best Army in the world after Ukraine indeed.......

Yup, that sounds like the grand plan, an excursion into article 5 territory, telling the World Wagner have nothing to do with Russia, whilst going up against the one country in Europe that will wipe the floor with them. As I said, fecking idiots, and if Belarus joins in the Poles may need to move the Poland Belarus border fence east to the new Belarus Russia border.

A Ukrainian Leopard 2A4V tank suitably adorned with a heck of a lot of extra Kontakt-1 armour

She actually said that they have lots of friends, but none in the West. She didn't get around to naming their many friends.

Rather optimistic there I would say. After 15 months in a river, I can imagine it will need: new engine, complete electrical system and all motors, relays, etc including all sensors and fire-control system, all bearings, complete strip and cleaning of hydraulic and fuel-systems.

She is a particularly troubled Romulan.

Propagandist Simonyan's vulgarity and gaudiness- kavkazplus.com - Georgia news

Enough when former CIS states can't stand her.

She adds something to the sordid nature of propaganda. There is a photo of her sprawled out on the floor in her underwear, which is rather undignified, but somehow apt. Can't find it, but if anyone has it, it shows the beast beneath the chintz and venom.

More and more the reports flood in of the Russian troops now being committed with no artillery, no air support, no armour or IFV and even no food, personal weapons or ammunition….

Rashist mobiks in Bakhmut refused to complete "suicide orders" and are now threatened with shooting by their leadership. The men hit all bingo cards: terrible commanders, no ammo, no artillery and aviation support, delays in payments, and no rotation or rest:

It appears someone was planning to top Margarita Simonyan.

Whatever they hit, it appears to have been big.

Ukrainian forces hit Russian target in Luhansk with Storm Shadow cruise missile.

It's nice to know I'm over target with US national security adviser Jake "McNamara" Sullivan.

Of course he's correct in stating "I'm not delaying F-16 Training." He isn't. He is being "Thorough." The 1999 AH-64 Apache Task Force Hawk deployment kind of "Thorough."

Sullivan's gambit here is "Playing Task Force Hawk", that is, logistically slow walking and finding any possible bureaucratic obstacle to avoid obeying an executive decision while obeying.

Task Force Hawk is a classic in national security 'deep state' insubordination.

Benjamin S. Lambeth's Feb. 1, 2002 article titled "Task Force Hawk" in Air & Space Forces magazine gives a wonderful timeline of events for showing how the national security bureaucracy can be insubordinate by playing "Work-to-Rule" games….

Now I do not know if this is real, but if it is, wow. Still, they do kill regardless.

The last ship to be allowed to leave Ukraine under the Black Sea Grain Initiative left the port of Odesa today. It carries 15 000 tons of rapeseed and 24 000 tons of corn.

The grain deal expires tomorrow.

Will the Turkish Navy intervene if Russia doesn’t renew the deal?

Indeed.
All in good condition though......so must have been recently removed from deep storage and cleaned of cosmo. I'm surprised there's not a load of WW2 German stuff being dug out as well, the USSR refurbished about 6 million German K98k's alone in the 1950's and then put them into storage, along with MP40's, MG34's and MG42's etc. The corrupt officials though have sold a lot of the German stuff to collectors for good money during the past 30 years though, so maybe not much left?

The Lend-Lease Thompsons are M1A1's so from 1942/43 era not 1938, and they'll not be any use as they hardly used them during WW2 through lack of .45ACP ammo, so I doubt they'll have much of it to use now...??
