I though I read a while back Ukraine wanted Cluster Bombs not to drop as bombs, but to remove the bomblets from them and use them individually to drop from their drones onto Russian tanks etc.

It looks like they may be attempting to throw a pontoon bridge across the river in Kherson?

The S-70 may have been used today. lots of chatter.....really a non issue and here is why.

It really does not bring anything new to Russia.

They used it in a border region that is already within range of Russia artillery and rockets.

It’s not really stealthy, it has externa, and internal bomb racks, external bomb racks cancels any stealth it has.

It’s BIG (20 tons), any deep penetration with this would be shot down just like any SU aircraft.

So its a cool toy and tech demonstrator, about 20 years behind the US and the EU... but, not really a new thing.

They only have 2.

That’s only about 100km from the border and 250km from Kyiv….

The Community of Railway Workers of Belarus claimed today that Russian nuclear weapons would be delivered to Prudok in Vitebsk Oblast. The village hosts the 2631st Missile and Air Ammunition Storage Base.

A rare sight these days

UK aiming to train 20,000 ukrainians this year, doubling up on last years figures.
When the war is over perhaps we could see that amount of UK soldiers trained up each year.

"Ukraine can purchase the NSM anti-ship complex. Ukraine is negotiating the acquisition of elements of the NSM coastal anti-ship missile complex from Poland." -

This is reported by the Polish defense publication Defence24 with reference to its own sources.

The purchase is expected to be made with own funds or with financing from the EU military aid fund.

The Polish army has two full divisions of coastal missile systems. Each of them consists of two batteries of three launchers with four missiles each.

INFORMATION FROM RUSSIAN MILITARY CORRESPONDENTS!!!

According to preliminary information, Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Forces Surovikin and his deputy, Colonel-General Yudin, were detained and taken to the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center.

All because of the support of Prigozhin's march, they are being dealt with by the FSB agents in the case of treason.

In addition, the actual leadership of the military invasion is now carried out by the commander of the Airborne Forces, Mikhail Teplinskiy.

Gerasimov formally retains the post of chief of the General Staff, but has nothing to do with solving the issues of the war in Ukraine.

Stripping the front line in Ukraine to protect Moscow….

A W E S O M E

Putin is to provide the Rosgvardiya with tanks and artillery. At the expense of their regular military fighting in Ukraine, as well as the hardware in store.

Don’t even try to understand this hell of a decision. We all give it nothing but 100% support 👌

I am surprised they haven't been given the May Day parade tanks...or are they just mobile shells?

The good thinkg is as they are all as corrupt as each other, it is a piece of p*ss to whistle up some charge against one another and have them jailed / shot / introduced to freefall skyscraper diving, when the need become apparent that they have overstayed their welcome...

The more he decimates their senior officers ranks the better... it reminds me of Hitler topping their army leadership like Rommel etc, the only difference being Hitler's were competent.

Not sure it works against SSM, (see #2215 above), but maybe against drones with the operators operating visually…

In past few days #Russia Navy has painted more ships in deceptive camouflage in Black Sea. All are Kalibr cruise missile carrying ships.

ORAC - is that to make it more difficult to tell when they have been sunk?

They'll scare fewer fish on their way to the seabed and blend in better when they get there.

If Belarus want to join the party, as they already have by hosting massed invading RU forces on their land then let's go - all is fair in love & war and may be the puppet farmer boy will see that he's not the statesman that he thinks he is.
I'm an advocate of if 1 missile comes over the border, UKR should retaliate with at least 2 back. No more pussyfooting around about "we only protect our borders", they invaded hit them back - and hard...
