Perhaps I wasn't specific enough. I meant mostly anti-missile air defence, as in their ability to counter anything other than HIMARS. There's been evidence that Russia can hit back at both aircraft and munitions like Grads reasonably well in some regions, and some evidence that they've been reasonably effective against drones, like Bayraktor. What they don't seem to be able to counter well are long range shelling and HIMARS.

I do hope they are showing this in Russia, they are sending their children off to war dressed in paintball kit, no cold weather kit and self purchased sanitary towels as Putin stands there in his opulent warm palace, nice suit on and a glass of wine in his hand.
