F35 over sailsbury last night

had a surprise blip come up on flight radar at around 2130 hours a F35 appeared came from Norfolk area I wonder if it came from lakenheath headed over sailsbury Swindon area anyone know if there was any exercises on

Don't let A_Van or Racedo know about F-35s flying over Salisbury, or who knows what crazy conspiracy theories they might cook up.

What forward speed can it do before the intake/exhaust doors part company with the airframe?

Don't you think someone thought about that? It's exactly the same situation with undercarriage, some secondary flying controls surfaces, IFR probes etc that just about every aircraft has limitations of some form. Just what point are you trying to make?
