Embraer KC-390 takes maiden flight

One might well think so - but then one would be wrong.
While the FAB, Hungarians, Portuguese, etc are celebrating the arrival of their KC-390s, recent order announcements (Czech, for example) have conspicuously referred to the aircraft as the C-390, with no suggestion that it will have an AAR role.
Even Embraer seem to be back-pedalling on that capability, to the extent that they even announced the designation change making no mention of the K role:
