Given that the MoD has spent the best part of ten (yes TEN) years trying to buy what are essentially commercial product tankers with some military features, with conspicuous lack of success - you should put nothing past them!

It's not the construction of the planes that was the problem, it's the bleeding paper work. Gawd strewth!
