Of all the things that Arpaio has said and done this has to be the best
It is an argument that could stop any left wing lily livered human rights activist in their tracks if they complained about the prisoners being harshly dealt with.
Yes, the Armed Forces volunteer and they know (or have a good idea of) what to expect, but the criminals are, by committing the crimes, in a way volunteering.

What a breath of fresh air
How about bringing back Borstal and 6 strokes of the birch instead of 1 hour of community service - doubt they would come back for more
