In todays Telegraph they have highlighted the costs of the increased hiring of the civilian AT Fleet.

Seems like the cost cutting measures are coming home to Gordon.

You mean the RAF's AAR fleet with a secondary AT role - or at least that was the theory. Hence the Future Strategic Tanker Aircraft...
