Canadian Forces-Air Crew Selection Test?

What extra steps or training do I need to become a pilot in the Canadian forces?
I was wondering, if anybody here, could direct me towards how I should prepare for the Air Crew Selection test. "This is an aptitude test for pilots and air navigators. You will be required to attend the five-day aircrew selection course. Candidates' files are then sent to a selection board." I've always dreamt about being a pilot, nevertheless my only true chance, is through the military so, I need to pass this, any help would be truly appreciated, especially since i am a criminology major and not a aerospace engineer...thanks
