Farnborough

Any buzzes coming from Farnborough this year? I hear that WHL have a big statement to make reference the US101 - Presidential Helicopter.

No buzzes, but I see that there are no Dark Blue aircraft on display at Farnborough this year.

Even the Air Training Corps have two on the static... something tells me we've got past that overstretch point for the Andrew, with bits of the RAF not far behind.

It would be a shame not to see JFH represented with the GR9 coming on stream. With 800 getting ready to pack their bags to go to Afghanistan and 801 not yet stood up, then I'd sgree that the RN is low on airframes and pilots.

Won't the bits from the one that almost made it to RIAT be in the AAIB sheds by then? Or was it a T-Bird ?
