Is there some way of getting rid of this 'pest'?
Take a look at this site and see how many times this PEST pops up at the airfields and bases.

Click on each of the bases listed.

Is there anyway at all to finally put this ' ' away?

Sorry my own opinion on the thing.

I would suggest Contracts Branch ......

.... but as they are crap at contracting, it probably would backfire and cost more anyway
