I don't own this space under my name. I should have leased it while I still could

Whilst we seem so be straying onto the "how much do I get paid thread" I find it interesting that most of you are claiming to be in or around the 45k bracket.

In the crewroom last week a young aviator was discussing the "working tax credit" and how he was claiming benefits as he was being paid less than 50k.

Is anyone else claiming benefits like this?

Yes, those of us with a household income of less than 50K can make a claim. As I no longer receive flying pay and my other half is too busy shopping to go out to earn anything, I'm easily in that bracket. To add insult to injury, it appears that I'm working almost as many hrs per week as an F3 pilot does per month! And before you say it - I did work hard at school! To the point that I got flying pay for 10 years.
