Does anyone know...?

Does anyone know what the WSO/Nav eyesight requirements are at OASC?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks Mike.

I have been through OASC before.

I was selected for the Flying Scholarship but was told at the time I failed the pilot medical, but passed the Nav medical.

I applied to the RAF before going to university, and failed the pilot medical and but again passed the nav medical. Didn't quite make the mark for Nav on the aptitude scores. Decided to go to university and reapply in the future.

I'm just about to start my final year at university and looking to start the application process, i.e go through OASC during my last year.

If I've passed the medical before does anyone know if this will be enough to get through? I suppose I'll find out soon enough.

It will be a shame (for me at least) if I have failed it. I've put a lot of hard work in over the last 2 1/2 years to improve my chances.

I've got a feeling that no matter when you last had a medical you will always be re-tested at OASC.

Could be wrong though but can't see it being any other way.

Good luck though !
