hello..
just curious..
where do KAM Air source their pilots from? i doubt they are locals....
KAM Air is the airline which the incident of a 737 crash into mountains in afghanistan killing all passenger and crew members on board happened.

Aircraft are leased from Phoenix Aviation of Kyrgyzstan, most of the crew is from there and surrounding central asian states, maybe also from other parts of CIS, it includes some cabin crew too.
