Sort of stuff I am thinking about:
Salary
Ex Pat conditions
Family posting?
Company growth potential

FlyPuppy, been here 8 years, its worth a look, there has been a lot of change inside Mercator in the last 6 months, some of it good, some of it bad. Happy to provide more details off line about Dubai lifestyle and life inside Mercator.
