Make a note! of.... Good terms and conditions on Contract basis. so you'll get accomodation and bupa plus the possibility of a direct contract!!! I am willing to re-apply under these terms!!

And what do you think about this:
As an F/O here you need to be in the company for 3 years and have a minimum of 5000Hrs before you are even considererd for an upgrade to captain....
And even when you meet these requirments it is very difficult to get an upgrade if ...
But these are the requirments as contract pilot:

3000hrs !!!!!!!!!!!
The bad thing here is that our F/Os are led to beleave that these HUGE requirments of 5000Hrs are imposed on every Gulf carrier after the GF crash!!!!
