QR Global Expresses and ACJs - Who will fly them?

I read in Flight International recently that Qatari has ordered 2 Global Expresses (really nice corporate jets) plus two options and operates a few A319CJs. It also states that Amiri Flight division operates the aircraft.

A few questions:

1. Can mainline Qatar A320 crews fly/bid the A319CJs or are they operated by a dedicated crew? Where do they fly primarily - to Europe?

2. Why would pilots want to fly for Amiri Flight when also given the opportunity to fly for Qatar Airlines (are they treated better)?

3. Could a mainline Qatari pilot conceivably bid to fly the Global Expresses from an A320/A330 when they arrive? Would pilots require Global type ratings or previous experience?
