I have about 300tt, 2 IPCs, aircraft types flown (C172,C210,PA44,BE58) and MPPC, that's a good idea about the IR-MEA, it's part of the minimum selection criteria.
The process from application to interiew takes about 1-2 months so once you pass the flight test, if you're keen, start the application!

Hey! I submitted my application about 4 weeks ago. Now, I am having troubles accessing it. Also I couldn't upload my photo, it wasn't displaying correctly. Does anybody have same problems? And question for people who moved to the next step: how long does it take to get a reply from HR? Status of my application was "pending" for 3+ weeks. Then I've got troubles with access to my profile in Career Center. Today I've just reapplied.
P.S. If it matters, my total flight time is 252 hours. I have ICAO CPL ASEL + AMEL, IR.

When did you apply? I've been waiting for about 6 weeks. And could you provide some details about your flight experience? Just to verify correlation between TT and response time. Maybe it's related and they have priority of application review based on candidate experience.

I applied 28th of May and got the email for the online questionnaire on the 18th of June. Still haven't filled it because I am waiting for the authority to issue my CPL license. I am a fresh cadet out of school 205TT EASA ICAO 6 all first passes. Any one knows how the process goes on if you're invited for the assessment? I 've heard they use COMPASS for the assessment but I'd like to know about the sim and specially if they cover the trip to indonesia because I can't afford to spend such money on an interview...
