Beond Airlines
Hi, I have an interview coming up with this new Beond Airlines for its First Officer position.
Have anybody given any interviews with them before? What kind of questions are they going to ask? I just wanted to have any idea on what to prepare. Thanks.

Interview was with HR and the Chief Pilot. HR asked questions like How do you handle stress? How do you maintain CRM? etc.
Chief Pilot asked around 5 technical questions. Explain GS Mini, RVSM Weather contingency procedure, How Airspeed (Dynamic pressure, static pressure things) works? If Pitot is blocked during climb what happens to airspeed? and one or two more which I can't recall right now.
Sims was at Dubai Pier Seven for me. Paired with other first officers. Normal circuit first, then straight to take off, Partner for MCDU 1+2 and I got FCU 1+2. They were checking both your flying skills and decision making. Flight was from OMDW to OTHH with all the airports having notams affecting operations which will be briefed. Got results around 3 days later. Thats all I can remember right now.

This airline is a waste of time.
A the first scheduled interview one of the two representatives from the airline didn’t show up. Interview to be rescheduled. Then didn’t hear from agency (Parc) for a month until I reached out and inquired about the rescheduling, then rescheduled only to be cancelled at very short notice. Third time is a charm and both reps from airline bothered showing up online. Promised a result in 2-3 days. After almost 3 weeks I again had to reach out. By then I knew the result. But complete lack of respect for peoples time. If you like to waste your time then go ahead. But don’t expect this airline to respect you or your time
