British Airways Whitetail Assessments

Hi all,

I’m looking for some recent feedback from the video interviews and aptitude assessments from any BA whitetail/NQPP candidates. If anyone would be so kind as to give an insight into any questions they were asked, I’d greatly appreciate it! Also, I’ve been doing the skytest practise tests, though I hear they’re somewhat different from the actually assessments- could anybody shed some light on the process on the day?

Feedback so far:

Within the space of 6 working days, I have gone from application submission, to completing the video interview, to having a date booked at Waterside next week for the crew capacity test.

Very impressed with the turn around times!

Has anyone got any pointers for sites to practice ahead of the capacity test? I believe it's called the Eagle test.

Modular Whitetail, completed ground school in September, now enjoying the painful slog of doing the CPL in the winter, in the UK…!

A mate of mine has been waiting to hear back for a few weeks after the video interview. Maybe they're prioritising whitetail at the moment.

Received the good news from my capacity test, now booked in for HR interview and group exercise in January. Again, impressive turn around times, understandable wait for an interview slot!

Interesting you're able to apply before completing CPL, from reading the req's looks like they wouldn't even process?

“This opportunity is open to anybody who has completed their ATPL theoretical examinations, CPL, Instrument Rating and APS MCC at any of the 5 ATO’s. Applicants are eligible to apply post-groundschool.”

1st question would be about you. Your career, motivation etc.
2nd what you know about the company, so do your research.
3rd what you will bring to the company.

They can word it how they want but this will mosy likely form the basis. Good luck!

Congratulations on passing the capacity tests. I've got some booked for the end if the month was just wondering what the whole day consisted of and what to expect as well as the resources you could use to practice?

Is anyone booked in for the capacity test tomorrow? (6th Feb). I thought it was just the capacity test but the email they have sent seems to suggest it may be an interview as well?

hope your capacity test was good! just a question, did you have to do numerical and verbal reasoning tests or just the capacity test?
