I guess the delays could be for anything, but I think if they just told people if they were successful or not, without offering contracts at this point, it would make life a lot easier. Nearly 3 months after the assessment is getting on a bit, and would just help people sort other life plans if they haven’t made it through. I guess it doesn’t really matter, as they’re bound to have enough people whatever happens, as they’ve still got the holding pool of people that passed the ac but didn’t do a sim, so could always fill spaces people now can’t do with them
Either way, if you’re one of the people that gets through this will be a distant memory soon
Edit: maybe they’re still unsure of numbers, hence no offers for anyone even without a contract?

We currently have 18 members in the chat (all whom have been verified as final stage candidates that have completed the SIM assessment). It's just a informal space to chat rather than a public forum!
