Airlines hiring procedure after an aircraft loss?

Hello,

A very interesting thought.

When an airline loses an aircraft, due to a crash, and the flight deck unfortunately perish, how does the airline go about with their recruitment to replace the crew?

I have always wondered.

They don't. If you lose an aircraft, you lose crew places too. So technically, you have more crews now as an aircraft equals around to 6/8 crews
