Question Flight Hours Approvement

Hi all

I am seeking a job in my home country China. However, even the smallest airline need me to have at least 500 hours. I am planing to be an instructor in US. But is there some way to get my flight hours approved by FAA? The airline told me my logbook and the school's approvement are useless. They only accept the FAA's approvement.

Never ever heard of that bull**** before.
How should FAA be able to prove that you have been instructing for a certain amount of hours?
I would ask the school you are working for, they often have contacts with FAA representatives or go directly to closest FTSD (what they call the offices if i remember it correctly).
