RAuxAF recruiting
Just a suggestion to those either studying for an ATPL or job hunting at the moment.
The RAuxAF (RAF's equivalent of the TA) is currently recruiting part time Flight Operations Assistants. Much of the FOA's training is in a similar vein to an ATPL but nothing like as comprehensive - ie RWY markings, lighting, met , PLNs, safety, Nav, RNAV etc.
Having some practical military airfield experience and a basic FOA qualification might look good on the cv, at the very least it is a bit of cash!
