Experienced but not TR- what hope is there?

When I say experienced, I don't mean circuit bashing in a 152. I'm talking >2500 hours in multi engined aircraft, under AOC, multi-crew, operating all over Europe.

Who might be interested in these sorts of people now? It appears that the traditional paths that these guys would have taken (EZY SSTR for anyone with 500 hours multi crew, Jet2, RYR) are only interested in guys straight out of Oxford and Jerez now.

Hello WX Man, fellow old timer. The world has moved on. No such thing as career progression in this home land of ours. You qualify for what you want to fly and then make it happen. I just come back from an assessment with 4 guys with very similar experience to yours but who had a TR (zero hours). All of us got hired. If you want it, go get it.
