Airbaltic online assessment

Hi everyone!
Did someone applied for airbaltic lately? I sent the application and I received an email with a simple form to complete. They were saying that they would have send the online assessment link in a separate email and the deadline to complete the form was the 20th October, I completed the 19th, but I still haven't received anything. Do someone have some news about it?

Hi Andrea,
Do you mind to tell your profile (low timer or not)?
I applied back in the summer and I quickly received a negative reply saying that I was not meeting the requirements. Probably because they are asking for 300hr on MTOW of at least 5,7t.
Thank you in advance

it was the same for me back then in 2018, you need some hours on something heavy otherwise u dont get invited. I tried to get in as my first job and was instantly declined, after 2 years in Ryanair I got the invitation the next day after my application lol.

AirBaltic PA assessment

Hello there,

I’m looking forward to apply for AirBaltic Pilot Academy but they said that there will be some examinations including math, physics and aptitude test. And I have no idea on how to prepare for these exams so if someone can help I would be very grateful, and I would like to know how the group interview and Management Interview and physiologist interview.

May I ask why? Popular low cost airlines provide also a scheme for cadets with much better T&C. Lots of experienced pilots leave airbaltic to join them after wasting the bond years in depressive Riga
