Which is a better Option? Air India or Indigo

Hi All,

I was just able to clear both Indigo and Air India for the post of trainee pilot. Got confused which one to choose.

Heard AI is recruiting this time for 777.. but also heard they take around 2 yrs for training and then put as second officer...

Indigo will put me online fast.. approx 6 months and then would be able to build hours fast...

Dont have more knowledge or more areas to think to choose one..

Any suggestions??

Looks like the DGCA (Indian CAA) will be pulling the plug on all f/o expats on the 1st June. 400 Indian pilots want jobs, therefore all non Indians f/o's must leave. F/o's who are already employed with a FATA (government paper to say you are legal to stay and work in India legally) maybe able to stay to the end of the date on their FATA. This though is not in writing yet so we can only wait and see.
