Excel Airways / Thomas Cook Cadets Final Stage

Can any people who participated in the final stage of the Thomas Cook Cadet program a couple of months ago, give those guys in the final stage of the Excel Airways scheme a rough idea as to what happens in stage 3?
Did you guys have a sim ride? How was it etc etc.......?
