Banner Towing

Could anyone help me please..?

I am interested in doing something to get my hours up like banner towning or sightseeing flights in a European tourist area, like Malaga or Magaluf. I am getting increasingly frustrated with no luck from airlines, so I'm after some hours that don't cost so much!

Any ideas or contacts?
