Cathay Pacific Stage 1 Interview Need Help

As topic said... i have an interview coming up on April. I need some information before i go to Hong Kong. What they want to do are

- English Test (Listening & Grammar)
- Reasoning Test
- Aptitude Test (Eye-hand co-ordination)
- English Oral Presentation (Maximum 5 minutes)
- Interview
- Job Knowledge Test (45 minutes multiple choice)

Please give me some advise if you had done this before

I have a few questions which i do hope you don't mind answering:

Firstly Did you apply for the Cadet pilot sponsorship scheme?

How long did it take CX to get back to you??

Its just that i sent an application of about a month ago and have heard nothing beack from them???

I understand you need to hold residency in Hong Kong. Is this true or do you have to re-locate to Hong Kong upon acceptance into the scheme?
