which country's licenses are accepted by JAA? and FAA ATP written test.

1.
I would like to convert my licenses into JAA.
I heard that there are some treatments between JAA and some other countries.
which country's licenses(or type ratings etc.) are accepted by JAA?
I try to find JAR, but I can't.

2.
I have a FAA CPL. but I build up my flight time out side of US.
Just have 250 hrs in US. Can I apply FAA ATP written test?

Thank you for your answer.

None. There is no recognition of your qualifications. There is no conversion exam schedule. You will have to sit every exam as if you were off the street with no licence. JAA LASORS are the reference.

Sheep

p.s. I believe you do get some exemptions if you have 3000 hrs PIC in Jets above 20,000kgs.
