Can anyone please tell me what constitutes the "1000 hours JAR 25 experience" at Ryanair.

Basically something over 5700kgs & requiring 2 pilots.

Can somebody please give me a contact for the UK CAA department that handles the conversion of foreign ATPLs.
I believ it is based somewhere near Gatwick.

All their info can be found on the CAA's website.
For the specific ATPL info you need to read carefully the LASORS, Section G.
